Rhubarb and Strawberry Punch

Rhubarb and Strawberry Punch

Ingredients:

1 tsp of strawberry jam and a small amount of hot water, mixed to create 25ml of simple syrup

50ml of J.J Whitley Rhubarb Vodka

15ml of lemon juice (roughly the juice of half a lemon)

50ml of apple juice

A dash of soda water

Garnish: 1 sprig of fresh mint, 1 lemon wedge, 1/2 a strawberry and a pinch of grated nutmeg

Method:

Add J.J Whitley Rhubarb Vodka, strawberry jam syrup, lemon juice and apple juice to a highball glass filled with ice. Top with a splash of chilled soda water, add a sprig of mint, the strawberry, wedge of  lemon and a sprinkle of nutmeg to garnish before serving.
