• 1 plain bagel
• 4 rashes streaky bacon
• 2 tbsp gorgonzola
• 1 fig, sliced into quarters
• 1 Rowse Honey Snap & Squeeze sachet
Method:1. Pre-heat the grill to a high heat and cook the bagel for 8-10 minutes until crisp and golden brown, turning halfway.
2. Top with the bacon and figs.
3. Crumble the gorgonzola on top and drizzle the Rowse Snap & Squeeze Honey.
