Who says porridge has to be boring? With tangy pears and crunchy cashew nuts, this breakfast will have you going coconuts all day!

Caramelised pear porridge with cashew nuts and coconut flakes
Ingredients:
1x pear
1x handful of cashew nuts
1x handful of raisins
1x sprinkle of coconut flakes
100g porridge oats
200ml Vita Coco Coconut Milk
Method:
Combine the oats and Vita Coco Coconut Milk in a pan over a medium heat and allow to cook. Meanwhile, core and slice the pear and arrange in a frying pan over a medium heat, allowing the pear to caramelise in its own juices. Once the porridge is cooked, transfer into a bowl and mix with the pear. Sprinkle the cashews, raisins and coconut flakes on top
