Vegan PB& Porridge

(Contains nuts)

40g Quaker Oats

300ml soy milk

1 tsp smooth peanut butter

1 tsp seedless raspberry jam, lightly warmed up (makes it easier to drizzle)

1 tsp chopped salted peanuts


  1. Put the Quaker Gluten Free oats into a saucepan, pour in the semi-skimmed milk
  2. Bring it to the boil and simmer for 3-4 minutes, by stirring it continuously
  3. Once the porridge is ready stir in the maple syrup and the peanut butter
  4. Pour into a serving bowl and drizzle over the jam and the peanuts
