As Britain gets more adventurous with flavours and taste, consumers are constantly looking for new and exciting ingredients to inspire them in kitchen, which is why Meridian have developed three new nutty sauces that bring flavours from all over the world. All three sauces are made with Meridian’s Peanut Butter and offer between 16-18% protein per serving. The Brazilian Xim Xim Peanut Cooking Sauce takes its influence from Thai and African flavours and packs a punch with zingy ginger and lemon undertones. The Meridian Peanut Satay Cooking Sauce is made with the traditional and well-loved flavours of peanuts, coconut cream and a blend of herbs and spices. From another exotic location, comes the Thai Peanut Cooking Sauce which is the perfect balance of nutty flavours with coconut, chillies and lemongrass. All sauces make an ideal pairing with either chicken, tofu or vegetables.
