An Amazon Alexa user claimed his assistant swore when he cancelled his Prime membership.

Michael Slade, 29, says that after asking to play some music the day after he cancelled his subscription to the service, his Amazon Echo Dot branded him a ''s**thead''.
The machine allegedly said: ''Sure, here's your playlist ****head on Amazon music. Sorry something went wrong.''
Slade explained: ''I tried to cancel my subscription and had a short conversation with someone in customer services and the next day my Alexa is calling me names.
''I've spoken to technical support and they've never heard of this happening before.''
Amazon has no idea why the assistant has begun to curse and the company have offered Mr Slade compensation.
