Doctors were stunned when they discovered a dead turtle inside a woman's vagina.

The British woman, who is living in Tenerife, sought medical help after experiencing severe abdominal pain for two days.
It is unknown how the turtle came to be inside the woman and she has no recollection of the animal being put there.
A police source in Tenerife said: ''This incident did happen and the reports are true. The woman does not know how the reptile ended up where it did and we don't either.
''The duty doctors inspected her and saw that her discomfort was due to the fact that the woman, who lives on the island, had a dead turtle inside her vagina which had caused a serious infection.''
The woman faces a serious infection due to the dead creature and police have opened up an investigation into the incident.
