A man has spent £18,000 recreating the 'Knight Rider' car.
The 30-year-old postman has invested the hefty amount of money as well as 10 years of his time to create Kitt, the talking car from the 1980s show featuring David Hasselhoff.
Scott Bainbridge from Newcastle, north east England, bought a 25-year-old Pontiac Trans Am in 2004 with the hope of renovating it into the iconic vehicle, and has conducted extensive work including fitting a new engine, new doors, new suspension and brakes.
The father-of-two still works on the vehicle for at least three evenings a week to ensure it stays in top condition, and loves taking it for a spin to see the reaction from other drivers.
