A man's penis has fallen off after he ignored cancerous warning signs.
The 82-year-old Indian man waited 12 months before seeking doctors' advice on a huge ulcer that had caused severe swelling and skin shedding.
Despite denying any history of sexually transmitted infection, the unnamed gentleman was also found to have hard lumps on his groin.
Dr Gaurav Garg completed a clinical examination on the gentleman and revealed that the ulcer had caused his penis to fall off and he had a type of skin cancer called squamous cell carcinoma
The loss of his penis meant doctors had to construct a catheter in surgery to allow the man to go to the toilet, however after 15 days, the gentleman died.
