A graduation ceremony in New Jersey paid tribute to Grace Mariani’s pooch, Justin.

Grace - who uses a wheelchair and received an undergraduate degree in education - was not the only one acknowledged for their hard work as Justin was given a certificate congratulating him on staying by her side at all times during her lessons at Seton Hall University.

Grace - who plans on becoming a teacher for kids with special needs - revealed her intention to have her yellow lab remain with her.

A video of the moment was posted on Twitter, with the caption: “Seton Hall President Joseph E. Nyre, Ph.D. presents Justin, the service dog for Grace Mariani, of Mahwah, NJ, with a diploma for attending all of Grace’s classes at Seton Hall.”
