The world's first hail-a-panto has arrived in the UK.

Ride-hailing app FREE NOW have teamed up with theatre group Gideon Reeling to stage a unique production of the 'Puss in Boot' panto, in which the performers will pull up one by one in a fleet of black cabs and private hire vehicles to perform a shortened version of the pantomime.
Research carried out by FREE NOW revealed that a third of Brits would be prepared to watch a socially distanced pantomime and two-thirds feel that communities need the performing arts more than ever in a year which the industry has been decimated by the coronavirus pandemic.
Mariusz Zabrocki, general manager of FREE NOW, commented: "We can all agree it’s been a tough year and as a business we are passionate about bringing communities together and helping people get about.
"With so much uncertainty around how holidays will look this year, we thought what better way to spread some Christmas cheer than to bring the entertainment right to people’s doorsteps with a little help from our black cabs and private hire vehicles."
