In what proved to be the most talked about and attention-grabbing performance of the night, the Bollywood star presented a superlative medley of Punjabi folk-inspired song and dance routines, alongside Bhangra-Hip Hop troupe RDB, as well as performing musical numbers from his 2007 international Box Office triumph, Namastey London, which dominated the UK Box Office Top Ten for several concurrent weeks. Akshay Kumar is one of the leading stars of Bollywoods A-list, with nearly 100 films under his acting belt. He studied Martial Arts before joining the Indian film industry, and is one of the few Bollywood actors to fulfill his own stunts.
