Bollywood heavyweight Amitabh Bachchan has been confirmed as the surprise star of Delhi-6.
The producers of Delhi-6, UTV and Rakeysh Omprakash Mehra has been trying to keep Amitabh Bachchan's cameo in the film a secret, but now all has been revealed.
Amitabh's role in the film is brief, but will no doubt be billed as a starring role for the veteran actor.
He first appears in a photograph, when Waheeda Rehman walks into the ancestral home and refers to him as her husband. Bachchan Sr. then enacts the role of Abhishek's grandfather in the highly anticipated.
Bachchan Sr. appears towards the end of the film, which is being billed as a dramatic climax. The film does of course bring together the real-life father son together and it is said to be a vital sequence in the film.
