My day usually starts out doing admin work, I know nothing fun or fancy but needs to be done! So for me this involves looking through my emails and my fitness website veganaesthetics.co.uk as this is where I have a private Facebook support group and like to keep in touch with all of our community on our 12 week challenge!

Admin usually takes 1 - 2 hours and then I have breakfast; I am a late eater I like breakfast around 10am and for me this is always a big bowl of oats - such a simple food but as you can see from my book can be made so many ways!

Then in the late morning I plan my content for the day so whether that is setting up for filming for youtube or planning photography for my blog or instagram and then carrying that out for the next 1-2 hours.

I then like to hit the gym mid afternoon and get my workout in and the work doesn’t stop there as the camera comes with me! I tend to film a lot of my workouts and post them across youtube and Instagram to encourage my followers to try some of the workouts out for themselves.

This is followed by lunch which tends to be protein rich post workout such as a banana berry protein smoothie - one of my favourites!

The late afternoon is usually for editing the content I shot that day so YouTube videos, workout videos for instagram, recipe posts for my blog and social pages and any other lifestyle photos for collaborations or just for my own social media!

I try to wrap up working around 5-6pm but it really depends how much I have got going on, as you can see it is a lot of filming and shooting photos that require a lot of planning and then subsequently a lot of editing - a good few hours spent a day at my laptop so I am always happy to get out to the gym mid afternoon!
