The divorce case between Amber Heard and Johnny Depp is likely to be delayed once again as it is thought Amber will miss her deposition.

The 'Magic Mike XXL' star is expected in the United States to testify on Friday August 12 but is reportedly still in London and is unlikely to make it back in time.

A source told TMZ: "Amber is still ensconced in London, even though she's been ordered to appear for her deposition in her domestic violence/divorce case Friday at 10 AM."

If Amber fails to appear, it will deal a blow to her case as the 'Pirates of the Caribbean' actor's legal team is already requesting that Amber shouldn't be allowed to testify in next week's trial because she allegedly didn't sit for her deposition last week.

Laura Wasser, Johnny Depp's lawyer, claims Amber refused to make her deposition last time and was crying and screaming in a nearby room despite being there from 11.30am to 9pm.

However, a spokesperson for Amber insists she was "ready, willing and able" for her deposition to be taken in Los Angeles.

A spokesperson said: "Although she was ready, willing and able to go forward with her deposition, it was not taken by Johnny's attorneys. She waited for 10 hours and at no time did Amber ever refuse to start the deposition. There was nothing preventing Johnny's counsel from commencing the deposition."

Amber is asking for a permanent restraining order against Johnny as she claims he subjected her to physical and verbal abuse throughout their marriage.
