Amanda Seyfried has revealed she regularly takes her pet dog Finn paddle-boarding because the mutt loves water.

Seyfried and boyfriend Justin Long have their own paddle boards and she's revealed she regularly takes her beloved German Shepherd Finn out on the waves because the mutt loves the water.

Talking on UK TV show 'This Morning', she said: "My boyfriend and I recently got a paddle board thanks to MRC who did 'A Million Ways to Die in the West' and Finn gets on the paddle board and we paddle out in the lake and he just sits on it. He's the best."

Amanda is famous for collecting taxidermy and her stuffed animal collection includes a miniature horse and a fox.

Although she loves her pet pooch she has no plans to have him preserved when he eventually dies.

The 'A Million Ways To Die In The West' star said: "I haven't got one in a while now. I have a baby horse. Like a miniature horse. Then I have a fox, a pygmy goat ... They're not toys, just to be looked at. Although sometimes I give them a nice little pat.

Asked about whether she'd get her own dog stuffed, she said: "He's the love of my life, I wouldn't want to."
