Part of Blac Chyna's lawsuit against the Kardashian family is to be thrown out.

The 29-year-old model had taken legal action against the relatives of her former fiance Rob Kardashian - the father of her 18-month-old daughter Dream - and claimed they had tried to destroy her career and forced E! to cancel her reality show 'Rob & Chyna'.
But according to TMZ, a judge insisted the famous family weren't responsible because the network had every right, under a contract signed by Chyna, not to continue the series.
Though Chyna - who also has five-year-old son King with former partner Tyga - had argued E! "effectively" took up an option for a second season by announcing it would air and even started shooting scenes, the judge ruled that wasn't enough and the star would need something in writing to prove the obligation.
However, Chyna is able to amend and resubmit the lawsuit, while her other allegations against former mother-in-law-to-be Kris Jenner and some of her daughters, such as defamation, are still going ahead.
Chyna previously accused the family of trying to destroy her career.
Her court documents stated: "The unwritten rule no one told (her) when she began her relationship with Kardashian is that the entire family will come after you if you leave, using their fame, wealth and power to take you down, including getting your television show cancelled (despite great ratings), spreading lies about you, and even funding a bogus lawsuit about a crumbled gingerbread house."
The outspoken star also claimed E! were pushing for a second series of 'Rob & Chyna' because they felt their break-up would offer more dramatic television.
Her lawsuit stated: "Reality television thrives on colourful personalities engaging in conflict. If anything, the E! network saw more potential in a second season given the success of season one and the new, unpredictable co-parenting relationship between Chyna and Rob."
