Charlie Sheen is furious that his sons are moving back in with Brooke Mueller.

The 'Anger Management' star has allegedly slammed the Los Angeles Department of Children & Family Services (DCFS) for awarding his ex-wife's brother, Scott Mueller, temporary guardianship of their four-year-old twins, Bob and Max, on Friday morning (08.11.13), and allowing him to move into Brooke's house to care for them.

The 48-year-old actor has blasted the move as an "irresponsible sham" and predicted it will end in disaster, according to gossip website TMZ.com.

He allegedly told friends: "This pig circus overflowing with buffoons, sycophants and heretics cannot be trusted to safely raise a colony of ferrets.

"Brooke will fail and her brother will be selling his ass under a pier and the evil nanny will die from ugly.

"When, not if, this psychotic and desperately irresponsible sham goes sideways, DCFS will burn to the ground, topped off with the smouldering robe of the judge."

A judge decided that the twins could move back in with Brooke under Scott's supervision, just days after Denise Richards made the "difficult decision" to give up caring for them due to their "violent behaviour" towards her daughters, because he felt it was important for them to stay in the same school.

Denise secured temporary custody of the boys in May, after Brooke was placed under an involuntary psychiatric hold in hospital, and was originally due to care for them until the end of this year.

Brooke, Denise and Charlie all live in the same gated community in L.A.
