The 39-year-old star didn’t manage to bag the Mirrorball trophy when she took part in the dance competition last month alongside her professional partner Gleb Savchenko, but she found something much more worthwhile in the form of her new romance with professional dancer Keo Motsepe.

Chrishell and Keo made their romance Instagram official this week, and the ‘Selling Sunset’ star has now said she’s “smitten” with her new beau.

She said: "I'm grateful. I had the best experience [on ‘DWTS'] but this to me is the coolest thing. I knew from my dance work I wasn't going to win a Mirrorball from the beginning. To have this come from it, I'm just very smitten.”

The beauty also admitted she was initially worried about her age gap with 31-year-old Keo, but now that they’re officially an item, she couldn’t be happier.

Speaking to Kaitlyn Bristowe - who won this year’s ‘DWTS’ - and her boyfriend Jason Tartick on Instagram Live, Chrishell added: "I had a little bit of a hang-up at first because I was worried because he's younger ... But a lot of guys my age and older still don't want what I am looking for.”

Meanwhile, Chrishell had previously said she was keen to start dating again after splitting with her estranged husband Justin Hartley in November 2019.

She said: "I'm completely single and because of COVID, I haven't done much mingling. I'm excited to mingle.”

And a source later explained: "The past year or so has been a real rollercoaster for Chrishell. Losing Justin and her mom were devastating blows. She was knocked sideways for a while by both these setbacks.

"[She is] looking forward to finding love again someday."
