David Arquette is set to ring in the New Year at his new nightclub.
The 42-year-old actor, whose girlfriend, Christina McLarty, is four-months pregnant with their first child, is expanding his Hollywood chain, Bootsy Bellows, and opening a nightclub on the snowy slopes of Aspen, Colorado.
And a source told BANG Showbiz that the 'Scream' star and his business partners, John Terzian, Brian Toll and Markus Molinari, are planning to throw a huge bash at the club on December 31.
The group, who also hosted a pop up version of the popular hotspot in Paris for Fashion Week earlier this year, have designed the venue to have an old school Rat Pack vibe and it boasts the same signature features as the LA location, including diamond panelled walls and puppet shows.
The venue will open its doors on December 20 and will include a gourmet menu by renowned chef Nick Melbourne, with carefully crafted cocktails devised by wine connoisseur Gerald Theron.
It is not yet known if David's pregnant girlfriend will be on hand for the celebrations.
The actor also has a nine-year-old daughter, Coco, with his ex-wife, Courteney Cox.
The former spouses are still good friends and David recently revealed he is thrilled to see the 'Friends' star, 49, so happy with her new boyfriend, Snow Patrol frontman, Johnny McDaid, 37.
He said: "She's with someone who loves and cares for her. That's all I care about. She's the most brilliant, beautiful friend that I've ever met."
Bootsy Bellows Aspen will be open every day from December 20.
