The 18 year old - who has Prader–Willi syndrome, Septo-optic dysplasia and is also on the autistic spectrum - was hospitalised after he suffered a bad reaction to the first coronavirus jab last week and, now that he is back home, he has thanked the doctors and nurses who helped him recover in a sweet letter.

It read: "Dear NHS doctor and nurses. I am writing to say well done for looking after Harvey and everybody and doing a good job with my injection on Friday.

"You are all proud of me. You work hard every day. We all need a holiday. I will send you more pictures to keep you happy and safe. Thank you and well done. Love from Harvey."

Harvey's mum, Katie Price, shared the letter on Instagram and gushed over how thoughtful her eldest son is.

She captioned the post: "I can’t resist showing you this what @officialmrharveyprice has written today with no help ... it amazes me everyday what must go through Harvey’s mind."

The former glamour model was "worried to bits" when Harvey was rushed to Great Ormond Street Hospital in London on Friday (05.02.21) after receiving his first dose of the Oxford/AstraZeneca jab.

A source revealed at the time: "Katie’s in bits, Harvey only had the jab on Friday but now doctors who know Harvey well are telling her he’s had a bad reaction to it - it can’t be anything else. "She’s very worried but is trying to remain calm."

The teenager was released from the hospital and was said to be at "home safe and well" on Sunday as Katie thanked fans for their support.

Taking to her Instagram story, she shared: "Harvey is all good. Thank you for all your kind messages and best wishes for Harve. He is home, safe and well."
