The ‘Jennifer’s Body’ actress, 37, first revealed the inking – which read ‘Brian’ in dramatic lettering – eight years ago before they split in 2020, and her tattoo artist has now shown off how she has had a snake and flowers etched over the name.

Her tattooist – who goes by the name Jesse Tattoo on Instagram – posted a raunchy image of the new design showing Megan pulling up her top and showing off the top of her privates.

He captioned the image: “Coverup tattoo for @meganfox. Was able to completely hide the old tattoo underneath the new snake and flowers she wanted… very grateful for all of the opportunity tattooing has given me and all of the cool people I’ve met along the way (peace sign emoji.)

“Thanks for your trust @meganfox.”

Mum-of-three Megan has three sons – Noah, 10, Bodhi, nine, and six-year-old Journey – with Brian, and their divorce was finalised in 2022.

It’s understood the former are still on good terms as they co-parent their kids.

Megan has also used tattoos to pay tribute to her boyfriend Machine Gun Kelly, 33, and showed off a collarbone design that reads ‘El pistolero’ – Spanish “the shooter”, in reference to her rapper partner’s stage name.

The on-again couple got engaged in January last year and are seemingly back together after a dramatic split earlier this year.

They also share matching voodoo doll tattoos on their ring fingers.

The couple even tattooed each other during a GQ shoot, with matching designs that read ‘The darkest fairytale’.

Megan told the magazine the phrase “alludes back to one of the first text messages we ever sent each other”.
