A source told The Sun newspaper: "Ruth and Jake were all over each other and didn't seem to mind who saw them.
"They were holding hands and shared a little kiss, it was sweet."
The rendezvous adds to a series of other steamy moments the pair have shared, confirming that they are dating each other.
The young actress - who picked up the Best Actress in a Television Series (Drama) award at the ceremony for 'The Affair' - was previously spotted with the 34-year-old hunk at a New York restaurant in December where an eyewitness spotted them "kissing several times".
A source at the time said the pair were just good friends and had been spending time together in the lead up to the Broadway play they are both currently starring in, 'Constellations'.
The 'Brokeback Mountain' actor split from Sports Illustrated model Alyssa Miller in December 2013, and was romantically involved with 'Mean Girls' star Rachel McAdams before being linked to Ruth.
