The 40-year-old star split from Ariana Madix last year, after it emerged that Tom had a months-long affair with Rachel Leviss, and Jax - who has been through various cheating scandals himself - has now suggested that he can really relate to Tom.
During the latest episode of 'Vanderpump Rules' - which has been teased by E! News - Jax tells Tom: "I know what you did is wrong, but what I did was wrong too. The only problem I had with this whole situation is just the way you handle it."
However, Tom quickly fired back at the reality star, insisting that he wouldn't be patronised by Jax, who recently split from Brittany Cartwright.
He said: "It must be humbling to only have something interesting to say when you're talking about me.
Tom also insisted that he doesn't need to answer to Jax.
The TV star explained: "Jax, I don't need to humble myself to you, dude! You don't deserve it, homie. I don't need to give you answers."
Meanwhile, Ariana recently revealed that she isn't ready to forgive Tom for his cheating scandal.
The 38-year-old beauty split from Tom in 2023 - but she isn't ready to get on the "Sandoval sympathy train" just yet.
Speaking to Lala Kent on a recent episode of 'Vanderpump Rules', Ariana said: "My position has not changed that he doesn't get any sort of access to my life via me or via mutual friends.
"I'm not down with him being around. You know, I can quietly remove myself from situations that make me uncomfortable.
"I'm not the person to come to with the Sandoval sympathy train."
