The 37-year-old beauty is seeking damages from her former manager Claire Powell - who still manages Katie's ex-husband Peter - and the trial has now reportedly been scheduled for January 25, 2016 after a three-year legal battle.
According to the Daily Mirror newspaper, a source said: "There's going to be some real courtroom drama.
"All parties have had this hanging over their heads for so long, they're prepared for anything."
Katie claims that both the 'Mysterious Girl' singer - with whom she has children Junior, nine, and Princess, seven - and Claire misused private information about her and she is also seeking an injunction after launching the £250,000 legal battle against them in 2012.
The trial will take place at London's High Court and is expected to last approximately ten days after Katie was ordered to pay £200,000 earlier this year to continue with her claim.
Katie - who also has 13-year-old son Harvey from a previous relationship and 22-month-old son Jett and 10-month-old daughter Bunny with husband Kieran Hayler - first made the allegations following her split from Peter after four years of marriage in 2009.
The blonde beauty alleges her former manager leaked private details about her to the press after she left her management company but both Claire and Peter deny the claims and allege that Katie used her private life for commercial gain.
Meanwhile, in 2011 Katie was forced to pay an undisclosed sum to Peter, 42 - who is now engaged to Emily MacDonagh, with whom he has 17-month-old daughter Amelia - and apologised to him after he sued her for defamation.
