Kelly Osbourne has revealed her tattoo tribute to former Fashion Police presenter Joan Rivers.

Osbourne has had a bumble bee tattoo as a tribute to her friend, who passed away at the age of eighty one last month.

Osbourne went on to post a touching message to Rivers on Instagram as she unveiled the new piece of body art - which she got done at the Shamrock Social Club by tattooist Mark Mahoney.

She wrote: "In honour of you @joanrivers..."If you looked at aerodynamics, at science, the bumble bee should not be able to fly.

"Physically, it was just not anatomically equipped to soar. Yet it did, defying gravity, defying logic.

"The bee was a creature that defied and beat the odds, a miracle." Thank you for being my Miracle@joanrivers. (sic)"

The bumble bee design was inspired by Rivers herself, as she had a been pin as the signature design in the comedienne's jewellery line.

Rivers passed away in September after complications with throat surgery, which left her in a coma.

Osbourne and Rivers worked together on hit TV show Fashion Police, and Osbourne had recently revealed that she is keen to adopt Rivers' dog.
