Kim Kardashian's baby will not have a middle name.

The reality TV star - who is dating Kanye West - gave birth to the couple's first child, daughter North West, last week and a copy of the birth certificate obtained by TMZ, has shown the tot doesn't have a middle name.

While it had been speculated the couple had chosen Kaidence Donda for their daughter, they surprised everyone with the directional moniker, and plan to call her 'Nori' as a nickname.

It has been claimed they chose North following advice from US Vogue editor Anna Wintour.

A source told E! News: "That's not why they named her North, but it's nice to have Anna's blessing!"

Meanwhile, Kim - who was mocked for her weight gain during pregnancy - reportedly plans to hit the gym as soon as she is physically able to so she can start shifting the pregnancy pounds she gained.

A source said: "She's already looking ahead to when she can exercise again."

Another insider added: "She really wants to get back into shape. It's important to her."

Kim continued to exercise while she was expecting; following a light regime devised by celebrity fitness trainer Tracy Anderson.

But the 32-year-old beauty is reportedly considering hiring Gunnar Peterson who has helped her younger sister Khloe, 28, lose 25lbs.
