This story isn’t going away anytime soon but there has been a new development which shouldn’t come as a surprise given Kanye West’s recent social media antics.
In new documents which we obtained by celebrity news outlet TMZ, Kim Kardashian West has told a judge of her “emotional distress” due to Ye’s outbursts on his Instagram account and has again announced her intention of getting a divorce.
She wanted the separation and subsequent dissolving of their marriage to stay quiet and private, but that hasn’t happened and now the whole world knows thanks to West’s pleas to his wife via social media.
“I very much desire to be divorced,” the make-up and fashion mogul revealed.
“Kanye has been putting a lot of misinformation regarding our private matters and co-parenting on social media which has created emotional stress.”
Kanye was dating actress Julia Fox but the two have since broke things off after the couple found their long-distance relationship between LA and New York difficult and his social media appeals to get back together with Kim no doubt had an impact as well.
But KKW is still seeing comedian Pete Davidson, who Kanye has taken a massive disliking towards and has even threatened him with violence and shared supposed screenshots of their message exchanges.
Money is also making things messy between the two as Kanye asked Kim to stop transferring assets out of any trust, but Kim vehemently denied this as they both have a prenup, so their trusts and assets are already separate.
There has been a lot of speculation about the mental state of Kanye, therefore it isn’t fully known whether he’s just trying to get Kim and his family back or whether he actually needs serious help.
Hopefully this all gets resolved soon because the two share four children together- North, Saint, Chicago and Psalm - and at the end of the day they’re going to be the ones most affected by this.
