Meadow Walker, 17, will reportedly be given $7 million from the settlement with $3million going to Attorney Jeff Milam, two years after the 'Fast & Furious' star's death in November 2013 when the Porsche Carrera GT himself and Roger Rodas were driving in crashed and burst into flames.

Meanwhile, the court found that Rodas, who was driving the car himself and Paul were killed in, was "partly to blame" for the accident and as a result Meadow was rewarded the sum, according to a report by website TMZ.

It was also agreed that Rodas was "not directing the car through any particularly unsafe maneuvers when it went out of control."

It's not known if the funds will be taken from Rodas' estate, or his insurance company.

The lawsuit was originally filed back in 2014, but has only come to light now because at the time it was logged under the name Meadow W.

Meanwhile, the teenager has also filed a separate case against the car manufacturer Porsche.

Her Attorney Milam, said: "The issues in the cases are very different. The federal case was filed on behalf of Roger Rodas, who was the driver of the Porsche Carrera GT and was killed instantly upon impact.

"Meadow's father, Paul Walker, was a passenger in the car. He survived the crash but was trapped and burned to death because of the vehicle's defects.

"Meadow will continue to fight to hold Porsche accountable for selling a defective product that kills."

The news comes as a court rejected Rodas' widow, Kristine Rodas' wrongful death lawsuit, in which she claimed the car lacked crucial safety features that would have prevented the men's deaths.
