The 25-year-old socialite - who had sons Astala, two, and Phaedra, 22 months, with husband Thomas Cohen - died of a heroin overdose on April 7 2014 and her widower, father Bob Geldof and sisters Fifi and Pixie and half-sister Tiger plan to "celebrate her life" together next month.

A source said: "There are no fixed plans as yet but at some point they will all be together.

"Whatever they do, they will do as a family and it will not be a sad day, because this is about celebrating life, celebrating what they have together."

The family was rocked when the girls' mother, Paula Yates, died of an overdose in 2000, and insiders say it has taken Peaches' passing to bring them all together again.

The source added to Grazia magazine: "The legacy of Paula's death was chaos and disintegration for the Geldof family, but the legacy of Peaches' death has been to bring everyone together.

"It's poetic justice that finally something good should come out of such terrible circumstances.

"It's as if a spell has been broken and so much of that has to do with Peaches' boys, Thomas and the Cohen family. It's as if, through them, Peaches gave them a way to get through it all."
