Pharrell Williams has ambitions to work with NASA.

The 'Blurred Lines ' producer is responsible for a whole host of US top 10 singles in addition to heading up his urban clothing lines, Billionaire Boys Club and Ice Cream, but he is keen to further diversify his resume by teaming up with the US space agency.

Speaking of his more bizarre career ambitions, Pharrell told Details magazine: "I want to go to Machu Picchu, touch the pyramids, hang out in the think tanks at NASA, harass all the people at Oreo cookies to make more different flavours."

The 40-year-old musician - who recently landed the role of a judge on Rihanna's television show 'Styled To Rock' - has a long list of obscure ventures including creating a textiles company, Bionic Yarn, who make high end fabrics from recycled plastic and a line of furniture that debuted at Galerie de Perrottin in Paris.

Pharrell claims it his childlike curiosity that is always spurring him on to discover new ventures outside of music.

The N.E.R.D star explained: "You'll never discover anything by matching what's going on, the key is to find that which does not exist and to make it undeniable ... I'm always open, because you never know what's on the other side of the door."
