Al Roker is "relieved" to be back home after undergoing prostate cancer surgery.

The 'Today' co-host - who has Courtney, 33, from his first marriage to Alice Bell and Leila, 21, and 18-year-old Nicholas with wife Deborah Roberts - announced on the show last week that he would be having his prostate removed after being diagnosed with the disease, and he's now had an operation and is recovering at home.
He wrote on his Twitter and Instagram accounts: "Relieved to let you all know that my #prostatecancer surgery is done and back home."
The 66-year-old star thanked his friends and fans for all their support over the last week.
He added: "A big shoutout to everyone at the and appreciate all the thoughts and wishes from our viewers and the wonderful care packages from my co-workers. See you all soon."
Deborah admitted she is "in awe" with how Al has approached tackling the disease.
She wrote on her own Instagram account: "Let the healing begin. I am so in awe of this guy and his indomitable spirit. So blessed and grateful for avalanche of love, prayers and support for @alroker #gratitude.(sic)"
Al explained on 'Today' last week he wanted to go public with his diagnosis to raise awareness of prostate cancer, which affects around one in nine men, and explained he had an "aggressive" form of the disease.
He said: "It's a good news–bad news kind of thing. Good news is we caught it early. Not great news is that it's a little aggressive, so I'm going to be taking some time off to take care of this."
The cancer was detected during a routine examination when Al's doctor found he had an "elevated prostate-specific antigen (PSA)" in his bloodwork results and so the weather presenter was sent for an MRI and biopsy, which confirmed at the end of September that he has cancer.
Al recalled of his doctor breaking the news: "When he started, he closed his door and said, 'I always like to have these discussions face to face.'
"And I was like, 'Uh oh. Well, that doesn't sound good.' ... You hear the word cancer and your mind goes — it's the next level, you know?"
