The former 'The Only Way is Essex' star is expecting her first child with partner Paul Knightley but she isn't worried about going into labour as she is confident things will be "easy and normal".

She said: "I'm not scared about giving birth. I have this feeling that it's not going to be too bad.

"I want it as natural as possible - maybe a bit of gas and air. I've been a birthing partner three times now and each time has been quite traumatic.

"I just want mine to be as easy and normal as possible. I think if that's my attitude then it'll happen that way."

As well as Paul, Sam also wants her mother and sister Billie to be with her when she birth.

Asked if Billie will be there, she said: "Yes and my mum. Billie said to be, 'I have to be there, please let me be there.'"

When Billie had her own daughter Nelly, she gave her the middle name 'Samantha', so her sister is now considering returning the gesture.

She told OK!: "We're both quote traditional so I don't think we'll go for anything funky or modern [for a first name]. I'd like to keep it old-fashioned and English.

"[Will it be Billy or Billie as a middle name?]I hadn't thought about that! I might have to owe that one to Billie."
