The couple's marriage was rocked by his sex addiction and infidelities but singer Sam Bailey, who Sharon mentored on the UK version of 'The X Factor', believes the couple "will always go back to each other".

She told the Daily Mirror newspaper: "She needs him. They love each other and no matter what happens they will always go back to each other.

"I've supported her through her recent troubles. If I hear anything I send a text saying, 'Thinking of you. Love you. Be strong.' She's a strong woman and she will bounce back. She will be f***ing phenomenal."

Meanwhile, Sharon recently revealed Ozzy's sex addiction had been going on for "at least six years" and says it is "embarrassing" for her family.

She said: "After the [Black Sabbath] tour, he goes into inpatient for three months. He's working at it. It's hard because it affects the whole family. And, it's quite embarrassing to talk about.

"Somehow drugs and drink is more acceptable I think. When it's somebody that has a sex addiction, it's embarrassing. He's come out and admitted it finally. It's very, very hard. It's been going on for at least six years."

Whilst a statement made on behalf of the 67-year-old star said: "Over the last six years, Ozzy Osbourne has been dealing with a sex addiction. He is sorry if Ms. Pugh took their sexual relationship out of context. He would like to apologize to the other women he has been having sexual relationships with.

"Out of the bad comes good. Since his relationship with Ms. Pugh was exposed, Ozzy has gone into intense therapy. Ozzy is mortified at what his behavior has done to his family. He thanks God that his incredible wife Sharon is at his side to support him."
