Sheryl Crow has relisted her Tennessee ranch for the second time.

Sheryl Crow has cut the price on her Tennessee ranch for the second time in three years in a bid to finally sell the 51-acre abode.

The country singer is struggling to sell her 51-acre Cross Creek Farm abode and has resorted to slashing the price for the second time in three years, listing it for $3.65 million less than it was originally priced at.

According to Curbed.com, the star originally put the equestrian property on the market in March 2010 for $7.5 million, but cut the cost by 40 per cent the next year, asking for $4.5 million in May 2011.

The 'First Cut is the Deepest' hitmaker is thought to be having difficulty selling the 10,433 square foot property because of its relatively high price for the College Grove neighbourhood.

Sheryl has now officially relisted her home - which she first bought in 2006 - for a more realistic $3.85 million in a bid to find a buyer.

The spacious abode near Nashville, Tennessee, comes complete with a 14-stall horse barn, a storage building, guest houses and both an indoor and outdoor riding area. It also boasts a swimming pool with a waterfall and spa and a Western-style saloon.
