The 56-year-old manager - who was initially married to country singer Billy Ray Cyrus and has Miley, 31, Braison. 29, and 24-year-old Noah with him but is now married to Dominic Purcell - does not appear to have spoken to her youngest since her divorce but now an insider has claimed that they have been to therapy together.
A source told Us Weekly: "They’re working on communication and sought therapy together!"
It has been reported that Dominic, 54, dated Noah for a period of time before marrying Tish - who also has Brandi, 36, and 35-year-old Trace from previous relationships - and the matriarch recently revealed that there were "definitely issues" in her marriage.
She said on her daughter Brandi Cyrus’ ‘Sorry We’re Stoned’ podcast: “I was so scared when I first met Dom, my husband.
“I am a Taurus and he is an Aquarius, and every single thing I read said, ‘Don’t even do it. It is the absolute worst pairing.’
"And instead (of) getting so upset and heated about it, and me not taking it personally, just letting him have an opinion. I’ve never been good at that.
“These are definitely issues. But issues also, because I love him, that I’m dealing with."
In February, it was reported that Billy had tried "reaching out" to Miley amid their supposed feud.
The 62-year-old country singer has become somewhat estranged from his pop superstar daughter in recent years after he divorced her mother and married singer Firerose, 34, but an insider claimed that he had tried contacting her several times and "congratulated" after she won her first Grammy for megahit single 'Flowers'.
A source said: "He’s tried reaching out to Miley many times and congratulated her on her Grammys. The kids have chosen sides, but friends are hoping the rift doesn’t last forever.
"Miley and Billy Ray are on the outs. Miley’s very close with her mom and is standing by her. Noah has always been close with Billy Ray, It’s caused a rift between her and Miley."
