Following a sell-out date at London’s Southbank Centre, CHRIS ADDISON, star of Academy Award nominated In The Loop, BAFTA Award winning The Thick of It (BBC TWO) and regular panelist on Mock The Week (BBC TWO), has added an extra date onto his spring tour - The Time Is Now, Again at the Queen Elizabeth Hall, Southbank Centre on Thursday 28th March.  Tickets are on general sale from today (Wednesday 9th January.)
                       
Daftness! Whimsy! Jokes! Smartarsery! Flapping about! All present and correct. As a live performer CHRIS has taken five solo shows to the Edinburgh Festival Fringe - two of which were nominated for the prestigious Perrier Award in 2004 and 2005.
Next year CHRIS ADDISON is set to star in the film The Look of Love alongside STEVE COOGAN, ANNA FRIEL and TAMSIN EGERTON; and is familiar to TV audiences from his appearances on shows including Channel 4’s Skins, Have I Got News For You (BBC ONE), QI (BBC One), Live at the Apollo (BBC ONE) and hosting his own show for Show and Tell (E4).  CHRIS is also the author of two books: It Wasn’t Me and Cautionary Tales for Grown-Ups (both Hodder & Stoughton), while his radio credits include: 7 Day Sunday (BBC Radio 5 Live) the Sony Award winning The Ape That Got Lucky; Charm Offensive; Political Animal; Civilisation; and The Department (all BBC Radio 4).  Last year CHRIS released his first DVD Chris Addison Live.
