Dreaming about a ball represents thoughts- both good and bad.

Consider the colour of the ball- if it was red- you may be having negative thoughts in your waking hours and if the ball was blue- your thoughts may be primarily positive at present.

Balls are believed to be linked to things you want to get rid of in your life. What do you want to see the back of?

Think about the type of ball that was in your dreamscape too. If it was a sports ball- you may be struggling with some decision in your waking hours right now as it could result in a negative or positive outcome.

Tennis balls are interpreted as you going back and forth on an issue. You aren’t quite sure yet which way to go. Perhaps a pros and cons list would help.

A football might mirror a conflict you are having with someone else in your life at present. Perhaps you are struggling to see eye to eye. It might be wise to agree to disagree if you are never going to meet in the middle. Sometimes it’s ok to be the polar opposite on an issue- it keeps life interesting.

Basketballs are about having specific goals- where there is little room for manoeuvre. You know where you want to be and what steps you need to take to get there because any deviation will result in failure. Do you need to be more focused in order to achieve your dreams?

Baseballs are also thought to represent something you want to cleanse yourself of. Consider what is holding you back and think about what your life would look like if that thing, attitude, belief was no longer there anymore.

If you saw a beachball, it’s possible you need to book some time off if you feel a desire to recharge your batteries.

More simply put- you may just require a change of location- no matter how small- it could make the world of difference.

Perhaps you crave the feeling of comfort at home and you feel it’s something that’s lacking. How can you gain that feeling back? Meatballs can also be indicative of rivalry- perhaps everyone in your family is thinking only of themselves and not helping each other out or joining together in crisis. Do you need to be the one to step in and pull everyone closer? Or are you acting in the same way? If so- it might be wise to get the ball rolling and set the example. Perhaps this is what’s happening at work and everyone is refusing to work as a team, which is making your life increasingly difficult if you are managing that team or are part of it. Do you have a generalised view about the people in your life? Do you see them as selfish beings? Or are you being selfish right now? It’s possible you need to start to include others in your thoughts or go one step further and do something for someone that will help them out...
