Amber Riley stars in Glee
Amber Riley is in mourning after losing her aunt to cancer earlier this week.
The actress has been left devastated by the loss of her beloved Auntie Mae, and she's taken to her Twitter page to share her grief with her online followers.
In a post she writes: "R.I.P. Auntie Mae, I will miss you. Cancer has taken a life but heaven has gained an angel."
Amber stars in Glee as Mercedes Jones, the girl with the big voice.
She previously auditioned for American Idol when she was 17, during the second seaspn of the show but was turned down by producers.
