Australian comedian Barry Humphries has paid tribute to late English actress Emily Perry.The star played long-suffering sidekick Madge Allsop to Humphries' Dame Edna Everage for two years from 1987, and then later in the 90s. She passed away on Tuesday (19Feb08) aged 100.He says, "It is a great loss to me, she was a close friend. I think if Dame Edna was to pay tribute, she'd say: 'I'd wish I'd been nicer to her.' "I'm very saddened to hear of her passing. She is absolutely irreplaceable".
