Bette Davis' estate suing over vintage dress style

Lawyers representing Bette Davis' estate are suing a clothes company for allegedly using the late actress' name to sell dresses.

In a lawsuit in LA Superior Court on Thursday, representatives for Dvis' estate allege bosses at Stop Staring! Designs are infringing on their right of publicity after using the Oscar-winner's name for a line of vintage-style gowns.

The company is reportedly seeing designs including the Betty David dress for just under $200, according to TMZ.com.

The lawsuit is also seeking damages as well as an order to prevent the sale of the products.
