Demi Moore and Ashton Kutcher moved to silence gossip about the state of their marriage by publishing a picture of themselves cuddled up in bed on the day of their fifth wedding anniversary.
The couple's relationship has come under the spotlight in recent weeks after America's Star magazine published a report suggesting Kutcher had been caught cheating.
The actor vehemently denied the allegations and threatened to sue over the lurid claims.
The couple was able to put the scandal behind them on Friday (24Sep10) to celebrate five years as man and wife, and Moore posted an intimate picture of the pair under a duvet together on her Twitter.com page to mark the occasion.
She wrote, "Thank you for all the anniversary wishes!! Enjoying a day lounging around watching Breaking Bad. Great show!"
And the actress has laughed off a rumour she has been left partially blind following a botched operation - insisting she often wears glasses as she suffered from a lazy eye as a child.
The Hollywood actress was answering questions from her fans on Friday (24Sep10) during a chat on her Twitter.com page, and when one follower asked her about the blindness rumours she opened up about her previous sight problems, admitting she spent years wearing an embarrassing eye patch.
In a series of Twitter posts, she writes, "No it's not (true)! I had a lazy eye as a kid, my right eye is weak!
"I did (have it corrected) when I was a kid but still need glasses. I rocked an eye patch for years!"
