Emilie de Ravin's three-year marriage to actor Josh Janowicz is over.
The couple, both 27, dated for four years before marrying in her native Australia in 2006.
A spokesperson for the actress - who is preparing to star alongside Robert Pattinson in new movie Remember Me - tells People.com, "Emilie and her husband are filing for divorce. They have recently been living separately and remain friends."
The pair was rumored to have separated in 2007, but de Ravin spoke out last summer (08) to insist she was still happily married to the star of movies The Nature of Space & Time and On the Doll.
The couple met in Los Angeles and de Ravin would regualarly travel home from Hawaii during her long shoot on Lost. The couple married in in June 2006.
The actress is set to reprise her role as Claire and will return as a full time series regular for the show's final season.
Later this summer she will also appear in Public Enemies with Johnny Depp as well as Rogue's Gallery and the Chameleon later this year, both currently in post production.
