Ewan McGregor is playing down his recent 'cancer scare' - because his life was not in question.The Trainspotting actor attempted to deal with his basal cell carcinoma quietly, but word spread that McGregor was battling cancer. However, he hates the idea he's a survivor.He says, "It is scary when you hear you've got cancer.
