Joe Francis is facing more legal trouble - a construction company is suing him for allegedly failing to pay for work on his California home.

Girls Gone Wild founder  reportedly contracted Los Angeles based Houck Construction to update his Bel Air mansion, spending $403,363 (£268,908) on renovations.

After handing over $356,329 (£237,556) for the completed work, he allegedly failed to pay the remaining $47,033 (£31,355).

The company has now filed suit demanding the outstanding amount, as well as $24,848 (£15,565) in interest, according to TMZ.Com.

It's another legal woe for Francis - he is currently suing three employees who allegedly tried to embezzle his cash, he was ordered to pay off a $2 million (£1.2 million) gambling debt in August (09), and was indicted on a tax evasion charge in Reno, Nevada in 2007 for allegedly claiming $20 million (£13 million) in false deductions.
