Grey's Anatomy actress Kate Walsh's marriage to movie boss Alex Young almost ended in chaos earlier this month (Sep07), when a heatwave caused a power blackout int he middle of their reception. The couple exchanged nuptials on 1 September (07) at the Ojai Presbyterian Church in Ojai, near Los Angeles.But temperatures in excess of 100 degrees Fahrenheit (37.8 degrees Celsius) caused problems and the reception, where stars including Kate Beckinsale and Katherine Heigl were partying, was plunged into darkness.Walsh says, "We had an unexpected heatwave and there was a blackout during the reception dinner, but fortunately there was a back-up generator."It's such a lesson in life - you can only prepare so much." The couple made their relationship public in April and announced their engagement in May of this year.It's the first marriage for both.
