They split last November (06), just two months after the birth of their second son, Jayden James. The aspiring rapper shares custody of his two boys with Spears - Sean Preston, 22 months, and Jayden James, 10 months - and he receives $15,000 (£7,500)-a-month in child support from the singer.Federline is also paid $20,000 (£10,000)-a-month in spousal support, as based on their prenuptial agreement, but this amount is due to end in November (07), according to TMZ.com.And Federline is adamant his large expenses bill - which has not been officially disclosed - is justified by his new life as a celebrity because of their need for a nanny and 24-hour security. His lawyer Mark Vincent Kaplan says, "There are people you have to pay so your kids can pretend they're like everyone else."When you are a celebrity parent, there are financial dynamics that others not familiar with it can't understand."
