Mel Gibson came face-to-face with ex-girlfriend Oksana Grigorieva on Monday (01Nov10) during a court-ordered deposition.
A Los Angeles judge ordered the Braveheart star to sit for a meeting with his former lover as part of the couple's ongoing custody battle over baby daughter Lucia.
Gibson missed an original court date in August (10) because he was on vacation with his children from his marriage to estranged wife Robyn.
But on Monday morning, the actor and Grigorieva entered a Century City office building for the deposition, according to TMZ.com.
Gibson was reportedly asked a series of questions for more than three hours, while his ex took notes and spoke to lawyers.
The former couple is next due to attend a hearing on 10 November (10) to work out Grigorieva's legal fees.
