She pleaded not guilty to the charge.Appearing on the Late Show on Wednesday (06Jun07), she told host David Letterman of her worries that she may be facing jail time.She said, "I'm just keeping my fingers crossed, and, you know, of course, I'm scared also, but, you know, I'm willing to face whatever consequences come my way, and I take responsibility for what I've done."Richie already has a 2003 misdemeanour Dui conviction.
