Mel Gibson's pregnant girlfriend Oksana Grigorieva is suing a group of internet entrepreneurs who snapped up her domain name.
The Russian singer is accusing bosses at web hosting company DreamHost.com of 'cybersquatting' on the site OksanaGrigorieva.com - and making it look like her official website.
Her lawsuit was filed this week (ends28May09) in Los Angeles.
Grigorieva is currently expecting her first child with Gibson after it was announced last week that she was pregnant.
The actor confirmed the news on Jay Leno's show as well as admitting that his relationship with his wife of twenty eight years had ended three years ago.
He said: "My wife and I, our marriage ended three years ago and we've been separated ever since then. These things happen. It's unfortunate, it's sad, but you know she is an admirable woman - we still got kids together. We're friends."
The couple have seven children together.
